Which Hard Drive should i choose between the WD Blue and RED ?

Both Hard drives were created for different purposes, the Blue drive is for regular computing needs and the Red was created to go into a NAS (Network-attached storage). This is why the Red runs at cooler temperatures and has increased reliability.
We, unfortunately, can not make a recommendation as the drive choice will be based on the user needs. For more information, we recommend you take a look at our guide on How To Select A Hard Drive
